Ancilla Brady is Director of Membership and Business Development at the Personalized Medicine Coalition, where she leads membership growth, partnerships, and philanthropic support to advance the organization’s mission. She brings more than 20 years of experience driving revenue and engagement for associations and nonprofits.
Prior to joining the Coalition, Brady led membership, sponsorship, and business development efforts for telecommunications and transportation industry associations, consistently exceeding revenue goals and expanding strategic partnerships. Her experience includes membership growth, corporate sponsorships, grants, and events, with a focus on aligning value to stakeholder priorities.
Earlier, she served as Director of Membership at the Biotechnology Institute, a nonprofit focused on biotechnology education and workforce development, where she launched a membership program, developed a donor conversion strategy, and secured new corporate and foundation support. She has also held leadership roles across the association sector.
Brady is an active volunteer with the Junior League of Washington and local community organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in business administration from the University of Florida.
