This educational congressional briefing co-hosted by the co-chairs of the Congressional Personalized Medicine Caucus and the Personalized Medicine Coalition will explore:
- The benefits of cell and gene therapies available and in development;
- How innovation in cell and gene therapy is challenging the United States’ health care system and its regulatory and reimbursement structures;
- How the government and private sector are trying to resolve these challenges; and
- What public policy changes are needed to promote continued innovation and patient access to cell and gene therapies.
