Research and Educational Institutions The University of South Florida College of Pharmacy is dedicated to the progression of pharmacogenomics in both research and clinical practice.
Being a newly established College, we are immersed in a mature health sciences center, USF Health, and are quickly working to establish as a major center for pharmacogenomics and personalized medicine.
Our pharmacogenomics program is housed in the The Clinical Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacometrics, & Pharmacocogenomics Laboratory (CPPPAL). The CPPAL is being developed, and currently we are working towards the implementation of pharmacogenomics in the clinical setting by way of warfarin testing. This is only the beginning.
We are collaborating and partnering with other local institutions to bring research in pharmacogenomics and personalized medicine to the forefront.
